- What form of payment do you take? We currently take credit card orders thru our site's shopping cart and E-gold. If you wish to pay with E-gold please email me first and I will get back to you with the account number to send funds to. Also, your card will not be charged until your order is ready to go out.
- How is your product packaged? Our product is now vaccuum packed to ensure maximum freshnesh.
- How do you ship them, can we pay extra for express mail with tracking number? The standard shipping method is first class mail. I will ship Priority to anywhere in the US for another $4 for shipping, to total $8 shipping. For express mail it would be $20 in addition to the standard $4. Part of the initial shipping cost goes to card processing costs and packing materials. Orders going FC usually arrive within a week from
placing order, but should take no more than two week unless there is some delay in which case I will let you know.
- Do you ship worldwide? We only ship to the US at this time, we have been unsuccessful for the most part getting our product thru Canada or the UK, Australia.
- How do I know this isn't some sort of scam? I'm not going to say you can just trust us... Big Brother Gov't does that. This is why we offer a 1 gm or so sample for $5 so new customers can try us out, but still some people are skeptical, and I certainly can't blame you.
